Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: Room is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please present your passport for registration at the desk. Check-out: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please return all keys to the staff upon departure.

Our common area is available 24/7 for relaxing, socializing and working. Please keep noise levels respectful, especially during quiet hours.
Bathrooms & Towels
Shared bathrooms with hot showers are available for all guests.
Fresh bed linen and a clean towel are provided on your bed upon arrival. Bed linen is changed every three days, free of charge.
Please reuse your towel whenever possible. If you need a fresh towel, simply ask our staff.
Please place used towels in the basket provided at the bathroom entrance.

No smoking inside the premises; please use designated outdoor areas.

Food and Drinks are welcome in common areas only, not in dormitories. Please respect The Temple Bar by keeping its seating area reserved for bar customers.

Please keep bathrooms, dormitories and shared spaces clean.

Use your personal XL Locker for your belongings.

No outside visitors are allowed in the dormitories.

Night Access & Security
The main entrance is locked at night for everyone’s safety. Guests will receive a key to access the building after hours. Please always lock the door behind you when entering or leaving at night, to help keep everyone safe.
Payments
We accept cash (Thai Baht) and major credit cards at the reception. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. All tours, scooter rentals, and café and bar purchases, merchandise, souvenirs and gifts can be paid for directly at the reception.
Getting Here
Located at 141 Ranong Road, Talat Nuea. If arriving from the airport, we recommend a pre-booked transfer or the airport bus which stops just a short walk away. We are right in the heart of Old Town, easily accessible for all travelers.
